Health Insurance
New hires are elgible to enroll in comprehensive health plan options, including Medical, Dental, and Vision following 30 days of employment.

LIFE INSURANCE/LONG-TERM DISABILITY
Life insurance and long-term disability (LTD) benefits are provided to you as an APG employee.
The LTD insurance policy will provide you with coverage should you become disabled and are unable to return to work after 180 calendar days. The premium is structured so that disability benefits may either be taxable or non-taxable.
401K PLANS
Set yourself up for a more secure financial future by opting in to contribute to a 401K account. Employees are eligible to participate after two months of employment. Please be advised that APG does not currently match or contribute to your 401K plan.
commuter benefits
Participants may deduct pre-tax dollars from their pay to be used for eligible transit and parking expenses incurred during their commute to work.
PAID TIME OFF
Enjoy paid holidays and personal paid time off (PTO) that can be used for any reason including, but not limited to, vacation, family illness, doctor appointments, school, volunteerism, or any other reason of your choice. PTO accrues per payroll as of your start date consistent with the Company's policies and procedures.

hybrid work schedule
Elgible employees can work in the office for a certain number of days per week and on a remote basis during the other days for a flexible hybrid work schedule.
