Mac and Cheese bar. Disney theme. So much cake. All 3 of those things? Definitely magic.
It didn’t take more than a few hours for Courtney to know Cameron was the one. After a first date at NASCAR, (Courtney had free tickets, neither Courtney nor Cameron had been,) Cameron suggested that they stop for foot massages. That’s right. Foot massages. Of course she knew he was the one. (Does he have a brother? Asking for a friend.)
There were many more dates. And not long after Cameron made the first best suggestion ever, (reminder, foot massage), he made the second…and proposed. Here, all the wedding details:
True to their fairy-tale love story, Courtney and Cameron’s wedding was Disney-themed, the palette gold and purple—their favorite colors.
Courtney searched and searched, but found it almost impossible to find a ball gown with sleeves that fit her price range. She finally discovered her exquisite Platinum gown in her hometown of Rochester, NY. Courtney’s musts: sleeves and sparkles. The gown she chose had both! For Courtney, it was love at first sight. She also went all out and commissioned her seamstress to sew additional appliqués onto the illusion sleeves.
Courtney and Cameron danced their first as husband and wife to Chicago’s Just You ‘n Me.
A 3-tiered ombre masterpiece: the layers? Lemon cake with lemon curd filling and lavender buttercream, chocolate and vanilla marble cake with cannoli filling and vanilla buttercream, and churro cake with cream cheese buttercream filling and vanilla buttercream. (They also had Italian cookies shipped from Rochester. The late-night wedding snack: apple pie spring rolls à la mode. (Genius!)
Her husband. It’s a cliché, she says, “but honestly he makes me feel like the most beautiful woman in the world.”
Sounds pretty perfect to us.
