What is a preorder?
Order incoming styles before anyone else to ensure they don't sell out. We will ship your order as soon as dresses are available to send to you.
While you wait
We hold your payment safe until your pre-order is ready. Shipment timeline is provided at the time of order. Please note if you're ordering multiple preorder items, they will ship together. Your cart reflects the final shipping date.

No worries! We've got you covered. Cancel for a full refund any time before your order ships. Speak to customer service to explore options.
*Gift cards are delivered via email with instructions on how to redeem on Adriannapapell.com. Gift cards are excluded from discounts, promotions, taxes and fees, and are ineligible for returns or refunds. The purchase of gift cards is not eligible for earning rewards dollars. Gift cards are not transferable.
SHIPPING:
- FREE Standard Shipping (3 to 7 business days) on orders $250 and over.
- In-stock items ship within 1-3 business days.
- Expedited shipping available at checkout based on location.
- Items with prices ending in .97 are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Regular orders are eligible for refunds within 30 days of delivery.
- Refunds are processed for the merchandise value, less the $9.95 restocking/shipping fee for the first item and $5 for each additional item in the order.
- Free exchanges for all orders within 60 days of delivery date.
- Choosing a selection results in a full page refresh.
