A monochrome polka dot tulle overlay adds both texture and structure to this bright red midi dress. The V-neck and V-back are trimmed with a wide ruffle, creating a sheer cap sleeve over the shoulder. The waist is defined with a side zipper and stretch smocking, falling into an A-line tea length flounce hem skirt.
